इस शैक्षणिक परिवर्तन का नेतृत्व श्री मुहम्मद तलकीन दानिश कर रहे हैं, जो जवाहरलाल नेहरू विश्वविद्यालय (JNU), नई दिल्ली के पूर्व छात्र हैं और अंतरराष्ट्रीय पाठ्यक्रम में 14 वर्षों का अनुभव रखते हैं। उनके मार्गदर्शन में स्कूल “लर्निंग बाय डूइंग” की अवधारणा पर कार्य करेगा, जो कैम्ब्रिज पाठ्यक्रम का प्रमुख सिद्धांत है। इस पद्धति का उद्देश्य रटने की प्रवृत्ति से आगे बढ़कर विद्यार्थियों में चिंतनशील क्षमता और नई परिस्थितियों के अनुरूप ढलने की योग्यता विकसित करना है।
श्री आसिफ ज़मान और श्री शाहीन ज़मान, दोनों ही आईआईटी खड़गपुर के प्रतिष्ठित पूर्व छात्र हैं, जो अपने समृद्ध शैक्षणिक और पेशेवर अनुभव के साथ संस्थान को सशक्त बनाएंगे। वहीं, श्री ज़ेया अफरीदी विद्यालय के तकनीकी एवं डिजिटल क्षेत्र का नेतृत्व करते हुए नवाचार और आधुनिक शिक्षण पद्धतियों के समावेशन को आगे बढ़ाएंगे।

Leading this academic shift is Mr. Muhammad Talkeen Danish, an alumnus of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, who brings over 14 years of experience in international curricula. Under his guidance, the school will emphasize the philosophy of “learning by doing,” inspired by the Cambridge curriculum. The approach seeks to move beyond rote memorization, encouraging students to develop critical thinking skills and adapt to new challenges.
The institution plans to implement activity-based learning, research-oriented studies, and project work to nurture analytical abilities among students. Additionally, abacus learning will be incorporated to strengthen mathematical aptitude, while special focus will be placed on enhancing English language proficiency.
